LEICESTER STREET

BANKSIA PLACE

Located in Teesdale, this project is a great example of location expressed through design. High pitched ceilings, a bullnose verandah and internal lining boards assimilate perfectly with the surrounding property. A project that epitomises its location.

MARINE DRIVE

This project was very unique; with arched walkways, exposed timber rafters and beautiful french doors throughout - a great example of design and communication. The client was very creative with the space, to which conceived a home that holds a lot of bold personality. If you’re looking for a certified Builder to manage a complex job, then this project is a true testament to such.

BERRYMAN PLACE

An excellent example of the impact that timber can have in the liveliness and allure of a home. Not only does this project create its own charm, it is built to a design standard to which achieves passive house elements - this employs thermal comfort with minimal heating and cooling by using insulation, airtightness, appropriate window and door design, ventilation systems with heat recovery, and elimination of thermal bridges.

Open passageways, large sliding windows, coupled with a great use of lighting, both natural and artificial, creating a sense of space in a environment that can easily feel congested.
